Meet the New Cast for Y’all of Cthulhu Season 2

We are excited to introduce three new cast members for Season Two of our main campaign, Y’all of Cthulhu. London Carlisle, Rina Haenze, and Bridgett Jeffries all add tremendous experience and talent to our show’s core roster. The main cast from Season One — Jay Arnold, Wes Davis, Chuck Lawrence, Alex McDaniel, and Brandon Wainerdi — will all return to the main cast for a total of eight players. That seems like a lot! We have a plan that’s not quite West Marches, but will shine a spotlight on all of our gifted players. We’ll see you in Y’all of Cthulhu, Season 2 premiering in early 2022.

London Carlisle

London Carlisle is an actor, storyteller, and tabletop streamer based in New York City. He has been seen at regional theatres across the country such as the Alliance Theatre, The Public Theatre, and the Classical Theatre of Harlem. London’s past film work includes Respect and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Originally from Alabama, London graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance in 2019.

When he’s not onstage, you can find London playing tabletop roleplaying games on numerous streams. He has been featured on Paizo’s Official Pathfinder Stream, Becca Scott’s Good Time Society, Satine Phoenix’s Gilding Light, The Initiative Order, and Better Than Heroes. Although London loves many games, his favorite system of all-time is Call of Cthulhu. He is perhaps best known as the Keeper of Arcane Lore of Spot Hidden, a CoC stream exploring Cthulhu Dark Ages in its first campaign and a modern Miskatonic University in the second. London played Cthulhu Dark on Ain’t Slayed Nobody’s one-shot “Ravenous” with Kat Jenkins, and ran a CoC game as Keeper in a forthcoming podcast arc.

London is a frequent collaborator of Chaosium’s official Stream of Chaos. He has also played CoC with The Neptune Society on Jared Logan’s Stream of Blood and Strange But True on Roll4It. London’s favorite Mythos entity is the King in Yellow, truly fitting for an eldritch theatre kid.

Rina Haenze

Rina (she/they) is a voice actor, aspiring drag king, writer, cat lover, and absolutely massive nerd. They speak English, Sarcasm, Klingon, and Sindarin Elvish, along with some degree of Spanish, Polish, and Rihan (Romulan). They have loved RPGs ever since they started playing in Star Trek Play-by-Forum games at the age of 12, and while they are a forever DM in Dungeons and Dragons, their true love is horror gaming, especially Call of Cthulhu and Cthulhu Dark.

They have written several scenarios for the Cthulhu Mythos, and one day, they hope some podcast somewhere will be crazy enough to let them run a full custom campaign and bring their brand of madness to the world from the GM’s side of the table. In addition to playing and streaming with Ain’t Slayed Nobody (watch Murder Shack), Rina played in Chaosium’s GenCon 2020 game with Ain’t Slayed Nobody and Keeper Mark Morrison. Rina is a cast member of Ain’t Slayed Nobody’s World War Cthulhu: London campaign with Keeper Scott Dorward on Patreon. Rina has appeared on The Old Ways Podcast, How We Roll, The First Watch Podcast, One Shots, Mindflayer Office Hours, and The Good Friends of Jackson Elias 2020 Christmas special.

They also run their own Twitch stream, Pride of Cthulhu, an all-LGBTQIA+ group of horror gamers and GMs. When they’re not experiencing the madness of the mythos, Rina can be found adventuring around the world with their spouse Chris and their cat Garak, drinking iced coffee in ridiculous quantities, or writing the next great Cthonian novel.

Bridgett Jeffries

Horror TTRPGs are Bridgett’s happy place! She heard the Call of Cthulhu about 10 years ago and has been madly in love with the horror genre ever since. Bridgett prefers to play, run, and write story-driven, character focused, and combat light games. Bridgett runs and writes under her gaming club, Symphony Entertainment Gaming & Arts, which focuses on horror-based systems.

She has a history degree, so many of her games have a strong historical influence with a twist of mythos. As an African American woman, Bridgett is intentional about presenting a diverse selection of characters and isn’t shy about presenting stories with an unfiltered and unbiased history. Bridgett’s Call of Cthulhu scenarios, Sorrow in Tsavo and Carousel of Fears, can be found on the Miskatonic Repository, and Beasts of Gevaudan in issue 2 of Bayt Al Azif.

As a Community Ambassador for Chaosium, Bridgett assists content creators in self-publishling their playable content on the Miskatonic Repository. From compliance to support, she is an enthusiastic voice and accessible resource for the Call of Cthulhu community!

When she’s not writing scenarios (or encouraging others to do the same), you can listen to her laugh and ramble as the newest co-host of the ENnie Award Winning Miskatonic University Podcast, a podcast dedicated to weird and horrific roleplaying games.

Oh, and she has three dogs. They’re pretty cool. Actually, no, they’re awesome.
